  • Free & Confidential Foreclosure Prevention Counseling by appointment.

  • Payment Assistance up to $1000 for qualified persons.

  • Free Homeowner Retention Classes to help borrowers understand the tax and mortgage foreclosure process and what you can do to keep your home.

  • HUD Certified Counselors who will contact your lender with you to negotiate a workout plan.
