TrueNorth CNH Programs and Services:

“Education is sown in children but must be cultivated all life long.” Paul Carvel

CNH promotes the growth of healthy communities by educating people to make good decisions.  Planting the seeds of knowledge is the first step; a person’s motivation to act is the second step and comes from within.  We encourage families to get involved in their communities, be a good neighbor, live within their means and value what they have.

CNH fosters strong relationships with funding sources who are willing and able to invest in creative programs.  Programs that prepare families for the responsibility of homeownership, lend support in hard times, raise the level of quality living standards and train participants to do for themselves.
